Walking Football

Walking Football is coming to your area soon!

Walking Football is a modified, low-intensity, low-impact style of soccer. Designed for older adults, this social and enjoyable sport can be adapted to suit anyone and everyone.

Walking Football can be played indoors or outdoors with 2 main components: warm-up exercises and stretching followed by short, small sided games. The length of each session is able to be determined by the participants.

With considerations to the COVID-19 pandemic, Walking Football has the ability to be a non-contact activity when played at a slow pace and uses minimal equipment.
