Sport North East’s Club Health Check has been created to help your club improve operations, increase membership and become more sustainable. The survey should only take about ten minutes to complete.

The questions have been designed to be quick and easy to answer and allow Sport North East to provide the most practical assistance to your club (if you would like it).

Once you have completed the survey you can choose to:

Meet with Sport North East to review and discuss your results and find practical ways to assist your club;
Have the results emailed to you and have no follow up from Sport North East; or
Not receive any further communication regarding your Club Health Check,

Your information will remain confidential and Sport North East will never share your club’s identifiable information with a third party. Sport North East will collate non-identifiable club responses to identify trends across north east Victoria which will help Sport North East better assist clubs.
